The Public Organisation “Family Circle of the OTC”, established in 2009, is a public organisation founded by graduates, students and lecturers of the Separate Structural Subdivision “Odesa Technical Professional College of Odesa National University of Technology” and other citizens on the basis of the Law of Ukraine “On Associations of Citizens”, the Constitution of Ukraine and other acts of current legislation.

The purpose of establishing the Organisation is to promote the development of education, science and practical activities at the Separate Structural Subdivision “Odesa Technical Professional College of Odesa National University of Technology”, to assist in organising the educational process of students and students’ work placements, in developing the material and technical base of the Separate Structural Subdivision “Odesa Technical Professional College of Odesa National University of Technology” and its social infrastructure, and to hold coordination meetings, congresses, conferences, symposia, colloquia, seminars and professional competitions among the members of the Organisation in its field of activity. To assist in carrying out and developing exhibition activities, to help members of the Organisation obtain quality professional education of various levels, and to assist in the employment of graduates of the Separate Structural Subdivision “Odesa Technical Professional College of Odesa National University of Technology”, both in Ukraine and abroad, in the manner prescribed by law. To participate in organising the training and professional development of specialists who are members of the Organisation, and to organise the encouragement of students, graduates and lecturers of the Separate Structural Subdivision “Odesa Technical Professional College of Odesa National University of Technology” for academic, scientific and technical, industrial and other achievements, as well as for public and humanitarian activities both in Ukraine and abroad. To award the Organisation’s personal honours. To provide assistance to talented creative young people, and to award scholarships and financial assistance to members of the Organisation.
