The enterprise holds the following certification:

And despite the full automation of production, modernisation and reconstruction are carried out at the enterprise on a continuous basis. The agroholding to which Vinnytsia Poultry Farm belongs runs the “Idea Bank” programme. This is a project where every employee can propose an initiative. If it is economically justified and effective, it is approved for implementation. To unlock employees' potential, there are trainings, communication with foreigners, and professional training involving the solving of non-standard tasks.
The tour of the enterprise was conducted by leading specialists: heads and technologists of the workshops. We were introduced to the technological processes of poultry meat processing and storage, the cold chain, numerous refrigeration equipment, an ammonia refrigeration unit, the refrigeration unit automation scheme, and energy-saving means.
After the visit, many OTPC ONAFT students expressed a wish to begin their professional development by doing their work placement and acquiring practical skills exclusively at this enterprise.
Thank you for your hospitality.
