A fascinating themed tutor hour was held for first-year students of specialty 181 "Food Technology". The topic "Is Chocolate on the Verge of Extinction?" interested everyone present. We discussed the problems of growing cocoa beans, got to know the world leaders in chocolate production and found out what solutions to the chocolate crisis are being introduced. We thank everyone who took part in this fascinating discussion.
