Lecturers of the Subject Committee for Philological Disciplines of the Separate Structural Subdivision “Odesa Technical Professional College of ONTU” Burundukova M.M. and Kopylova A.Ye. took part in a regional scientific and practical seminar dedicated to the birthday of the outstanding Ukrainian poet Lina Kostenko, “Winged Ones Need No Ground”.
As part of the event, the teachers presented substantive reports, presentations and video works, including “Spiritual Guideposts in the Works of Lina Kostenko and Their Significance for the Modern Person”, which emphasised the relevance of the moral and ethical values embedded in the writer’s poetry, as well as their influence on shaping the worldview of today’s young people.
Particular attention was drawn by the report by Kopylova A.Ye. based on her own teaching experience, “Art Platform – Poetry That Gives Wings”, which presented creative approaches to popularising the poetic word, developing students’ emotional intelligence and their interest in Ukrainian literature.
Participation in the seminar became an important step in the lecturers’ professional growth, in the exchange of experience and in affirming the significance of the literary word as a spiritual guidepost in modern society.
