Main event of the Fashion For Freedom project at the Sheraton Milan San Siro

On 30 May in Milan, students of our college presented to an Italian audience a unique collection of adaptive clothing, “Metamorphoses of Denim, or Re-form”. This collection was created in collaboration with the renowned Odesa designer Auryka Dali and was presented as a laureate of the 1st International Competition “Fashion Battle”.

A special feature of the show was a professional review of the collection by the model Anastasiia. She analysed each garment in detail and gave a competent assessment of all the positive and functional features of the adaptive clothing. Anastasiia also offered valuable recommendations, noting which design nuances deserve attention in further work on creating inclusive clothing. The culmination of the show was a touching gesture of youth diplomacy: at the end of the event, the models presented Anastasiia and the Italian audience with patriotic blue-and-yellow hearts woven in the macramé technique by second-year students of our college (group 2MK-24/MI-05). This gift became a symbolic embodiment of the sincere Ukrainian heart that our designers gave to Italy.

We sincerely thank the entire team for their incredible work and for representing the college with dignity on the international stage!
