On 26 January, an important and exciting stage began for students of specialty 181 “Food Technology” — the comprehensive qualification examination.
The examination involves students of the educational and professional programmes: “Production of Bread, Confectionery, Pasta and Food Concentrates” and “Innovative Technologies and Catering Management”.
Associate Professor of the Department of Technology of Grain Products, Bread and Confectionery of ONTU, Candidate of Technical Sciences (PhD) Kotuzaki Olena Mykolaivna, was invited to chair the examination board.
