The college hosted a lecture by Olena Mykolaivna Kotuzaki, Candidate of Technical Sciences (PhD) and Associate Professor of the Department of “Technology of Grain Products, Bread and Confectionery” of the Odesa National University of Technology, for students of specialty 181 “Food Technology”.
The topic of the talk was “The Range of Chocolate: From Classics to Modern Solutions”.
The students learned with interest about the technological features of chocolate production, modern trends in creating new flavours and shapes, and innovative approaches to making confectionery products.
The lecture was extremely informative and useful, as it combined scientific knowledge with practical experience, inspiring future technologists to be creative and to develop professionally!
