On 13-14.05.2024 the college hosted a practical and theoretical tactical medicine training.
The training was conducted by Andrii Leonidovych Dobrovolskyi, course coordinator of the NAEMT Training Centre of Odesa National Medical University.
The training programme consisted of:
identifying the dangers that threaten casualties;
priority resuscitation measures;
providing assistance in the case of wounds and bleeding,
the technique of applying tourniquets,
compression dressings and compression bandages;
evacuating casualties from the scene.
We sincerely thank Andrii Leonidovych Dobrovolskyi for visiting our college and conducting the tactical medicine training.
The students received a great deal of important information and acquired the necessary skills and abilities that may later save a person's life.
We hope for further cooperation, as the students expressed a wish to attend more than one first aid training.
