The main topic of the event was a discussion of the introduction of dual education and the prospects for expanding the network of partner colleges.
The forum brought together representatives of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the State Service of Education Quality, the scientific and methodological centres of higher and professional pre-higher education, business and professional pre-higher education institutions. This made it possible to create a platform for constructive dialogue and exchange of experience in the context of developing dual education, which is aimed at closely integrating the educational process with practical activity in partner companies.
The forum included a panel discussion that addressed the key aspects of implementing dual education, its legal and regulatory framework, and the role of business in shaping modern professional training. Special attention was paid to the synergy between educational institutions and employers, as well as to motivating students to become actively involved in the educational process and acquire practical skills.
In addition, forum participants were able to take part in practical sessions devoted to the use of artificial intelligence, the development of teamwork and the enhancement of personal motivation. These sessions were a valuable complement to the theoretical part of the event and helped participants better understand the modern challenges and opportunities in the field of education.
The "Partnership for the Future" forum confirmed the importance of cooperation between educational institutions, business and state bodies in shaping high-quality and relevant professional education. The participation of the Separate Structural Subdivision "Odesa Technical Professional College of ONTU" in such an event is a significant step in strengthening partnership ties and raising the level of training of specialists in line with the needs of the modern labour market.
