On 15.04.2026, lecturers of the Subject Committee for Specialised Light Industry Courses Polina KUZNETSOVA and Svitlana LAPCHAK took part in the webinar “The Lecturer on the Move: Academic and Pedagogical Mobility in Professional Education”, organised by the Academy of Innovative Education Development.
In the current conditions of educational transformation, active digitalisation and integration into the European educational area 🇪🇺, the issue of academic and pedagogical mobility is becoming particularly relevant.
The webinar emphasised that mobility not only improves the quality of the educational process but also allows innovative methods to be successfully introduced, expanding the professional opportunities of educators in line with the requirements of the time.
The experience and practical cases received from the Academy will become a valuable basis for further improving the training of specialists in the light industry sector and will contribute to continuous professional growth.
