On 23 April, students and lecturers of specialty 181 Food Technology took part in the VII All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference “Integration of Science and Practice in the Field of Food Technology and the Hospitality Industry”, held at the Ternopil Professional College of Food Technologies and Trade.
In addition to speakers from our college and the Ternopil college, students from other institutions of Ukraine are taking part in the event, in particular from the Kharkiv College of Food Industry and the Halych Professional College named after Viacheslav Chornovil.
Students of group 3TKh-80 Bohomolova Yevheniia and Burdeniuk Oleksandra worthily presented their work, giving presentations on the topics “Development of Gluten-Free Pasta Products” and “The Encapsulation Method. Improving the Technology of Making Chocolate Truffles by Encapsulation”, respectively.
