On 27 October 2025, the college held an extracurricular event dedicated to the Day of Ukrainian Writing and Language. Students of group 1MB-01/FB-06 took part under the guidance of Komar N. M., a lecturer of the Subject Committee for Philology Courses.
The aim of the event was to foster love for the native language, respect for the historical past of the Ukrainian people, and to develop national consciousness and a culture of speech.
During the meeting, the students recalled the history of the emergence of Ukrainian writing and learned about the life and work of Nestor the Chronicler, the patron of the Ukrainian language.

The event helped to foster patriotic feelings, develop language culture and an awareness of the importance of the native language as the spiritual treasure of the people.
