This week Mariia Habinska, a college student in specialty 181 “Food Technology”, gave a brilliant presentation at the plenary session of the XX Jubilee All-Ukrainian Scientific Conference of Students of Higher Education in the section “Food Technology”. The conference took place as part of the “STUDENT SCIENCE WEEK” at the K.A. Bohomaz Educational and Scientific Technological Institute of the Food Industry, at Odesa National University of Technology.
The topic of Mariia's presentation - “Baby Food Products: Main Problems and Ways to Solve Them” - aroused lively interest among the conference participants. She covered the key issues related to the production of baby food products, pointed out the main problems of this sector and proposed innovative ways of solving them. The project supervisor was the college lecturer Halyna Fedorivna Hryshko.
During the event, interesting presentations by bachelor's and master's students and postgraduates of ONTU were delivered, covering a broad range of topical issues in the field of food technology. The participants had the opportunity to share their research and discuss new ideas.
