On 26.11.2025, at the Subject Committee for Food Technology and Chemistry of OTPC ONTU, a defence of the research paper by Hrudiev Maksym, a student of group 2HKh-04, took place on the topic: “The Relevance of Consuming Dairy Products and Their Quality”. The research paper was prepared under the supervision of the College’s lecturer of chemistry and biology Deviatiarova L. I.
The defence took place as part of the 1st stage of the All-Ukrainian Competition for the Defence of Research Papers by Pupils – Members of the Junior Academy of Sciences of Ukraine in the 2025–2026 academic year.
Maksym worthily presented the results of his research to a jury consisting of: Kasadzhyk V. V., Head of the Technology Division; Ilchyshyna N. M., Head of the Subject Committee for Food Technology and Chemistry; and lecturers of chemistry and biology Diakova T. V. and Deviatiarova L. I.
