On 7 May 2026, a meeting was held between students of the Energy Systems Division and Valentyna Zirka, HR manager of MHP (Vinnytsia Poultry Farm, Myronivka Meat Processing Plant, Oril-Leader, Lehko and others). During the event, she gave a detailed overview of the activities of the holding’s enterprises, its product range, production capacities and export geography, in particular the countries that actively purchase the company’s products.
Special attention was paid to working conditions and the opportunities for students to complete work placements. For their part, the students showed sincere interest in the information presented and actively joined in the discussion.
The meeting also discussed the prospects for employing young specialists in specialty G4.04 “Refrigeration and Climate Technologies” at MHP and the requirements for modern specialists in the energy sector. The event took place in a friendly and constructive atmosphere, helping to build cooperation between students and representatives of industry.
