On 31 January, on the initiative of the Department of Heat Power Engineering and Refrigeration Engineering of Kyiv National University of Food Technologies, an online meeting was held of representatives of institutions of professional pre-higher and higher education that train specialists in specialty 142 “Energy Engineering”. The main topic of discussion was preparation for the All-Ukrainian professional skills competition “Best Refrigeration Technician - 2022”, which is due to take place in May 2022 as part of the international exhibition “AquaThermKyiv”. The Chair of the Public Union “Refrigeration Association of Ukraine”, Serhii Volodymyrovych Anashkin, spoke about the progress of preparations for the competition and presented a list of manufacturers of refrigeration equipment whom he had approached to provide tools and materials. The Separate Structural Subdivision “Odesa Technical Professional College of ONTU” is an associate member of the Public Union “Refrigeration Association of Ukraine”
The college team confirmed its application to take part in the competition.
