Over the past year, a great deal of construction waste (damaged metal, old wooden frames, glass after window replacement) has accumulated on the grounds of our college.
On 14.05.2025, the college's facilities department organised the handover of scrap metal. The scrap metal was loaded onto a lorry by students of group 2KV-10 (group tutor Borovyk L.V.) and students of group 3KV-09 (group tutor Kornilova T.O.) under the supervision of the facilities department staff. Thanks to the work of the students and the facilities department staff, the first building and the back yard of the third building were cleared of metal. It was now the turn of the old wooden frames.
On 16.05.2025, in response to the college administration's request for help, students of group 2OB-06 Shalar Kostiantyn, Dzikhovskyi Mykyta and Chykurov Mykyta, and student Bodian Nikita of group 2FB-04 (group tutor Kukharuk A.A.) came forward. They collected and sorted the old window frames scattered all over the back yard of the third academic building and prepared them for loading. At last the yard is beginning to look tidy.
By the way, on 15.05.2025, when all the groups were leaving the festive fair with pleasant feelings, the students of group 1KV-12, under the guidance of group tutor Chernenko A.O., at the administration's request moved 1.5 tonnes of waste paper from the gym, where it had been accumulating, and loaded it into the van of a lorry.
Many thanks for your concern to all the students who took part in improving the college grounds, to their parents and to the group tutors.
