On 20 September, students and lecturers of our college joined the global environmental initiative World Cleanup Day, taking part in cleaning up the slopes of Taras Shevchenko Park. This day united millions of people in more than 190 countries around the world — and we are proud to have become part of this movement.
Lecturers and students turned into a team of caring people who, with gloves, bags and a good mood, cleared the green slopes of litter. Dozens of kilograms of waste were collected, and most importantly, an example of a responsible attitude to the environment was set.
We thank everyone who took part — on their own, with friends or with colleagues. Your participation is not just a clean-up, it is an expression of civic stance, care for the city and respect for nature.
