On Friday, 19 September, students of years 1–4 of specialty G15/182 Light Industry Technologies, together with their lecturers Polina KUZNETSOVA and Svitlana LAPCHAK, visited the Odesa Academic Ukrainian Music and Drama Theatre named after V. S. Vasylko.
On this day, the students were able to see the play “Kaidashi”, based on the classic novella “The Kaidash Family” by Ivan Nechui-Levytskyi. This work remains extremely relevant today, exploring the eternal themes of family relationships, everyday conflicts and the search for happiness.
The production not only preserved the original flavour of the literary masterpiece but also enriched it with a new, modern vision, which allowed the audience to look at a familiar story in a new way. The play provoked lively emotions and discussion among the students, contributing to a deeper understanding of classic Ukrainian literature and its place in modern art.
