The College held an important educational event for first- and second-year students – a practical class on first aid, organised in cooperation with the Rapid Response Unit of the Odesa Regional Organisation of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society.
The instructor and organiser of the event, Bohdan Leonidovych Bratkov, an inspector for training the public in first aid skills, held an informative and emotionally engaging meeting during which the students:
- Became familiar with algorithms of action in emergencies
- Learned basic skills of resuscitation and stopping bleeding
- Practised real-life cases of providing assistance before medics arrive
This event not only raised awareness but also instilled in the students a sense of responsibility and readiness to act in critical moments.
