On 21–23 March 2025, students of study groups 1KS-61 and 1KH-11, together with lecturers Kryvchenko A. A., Zhadan A. S. and Dzhabrailov D. V., made a fascinating trip to one of the most beautiful cities in Ukraine – Lviv. The aim of the trip was not only cultural enrichment but also pleasant leisure time among fellow students and mentors.
Lviv is a city that enchants with its atmosphere. Ancient cobbled streets, majestic churches and temples, cosy cafés with the aroma of freshly ground coffee – all this creates a unique character. Lviv combines centuries of history with the modern rhythm of life, giving every visitor unforgettable impressions.
During the trip, the students took part in a two-hour excursion of the city's historic centre with a professional guide. They learned interesting facts about Rynok Square, visited the Opera House, and climbed High Castle, from which a picturesque view of the city opens. They also visited authentic Lviv establishments, where they tried famous Lviv treats – chocolate, syrniki and fragrant coffee.
In addition, the students visited various locations according to their own interests. Some chose a trip to the Lviv Oceanarium, where they could see a variety of marine inhabitants, learn about their lives and immerse themselves in the amazing world of underwater fauna. Others decided to visit Lychakiv Cemetery, a historical and cultural reserve that is the resting place of many famous figures of culture, art and science. Some students also visited the unique Pharmacy Museum, where they learned about the history of pharmacy and saw old medicines and equipment.
This trip became special for many participants. Some travelled by train for the first time in their lives, and for others it was their first trip to another city. Captivated by the guide's stories, the enchanting architecture and the atmosphere of Lviv, some students even bought souvenirs for their families to share a part of this journey.
The organisation of the trip was made possible thanks to the support of parents and the students' desire to discover new horizons. This trip left vivid memories and inspired further discovery of interesting places in Ukraine.
