Every year, students of specialty 123 “Computer Engineering” undertake a radio assembly placement, which gives them important skills, abilities and knowledge for working with electronics.
During the placement, students learn to:
Use an electric soldering iron and solder electronic boards.
Use hand tools for quick setup and repair of computer equipment.
Diagnose, repair and replace computer components.
Programme and assemble electronic circuits using Arduino and ESP microcontrollers.
Use a multimeter to measure the characteristics of electric current.
Use oscilloscopes to analyse signals and detect ripples in electronic circuits.
This placement is not just preparation for a future profession; it is an opportunity for students to choose which circuits to assemble and which code to write, showing their creativity and engineering approach. The skills gained will be useful both during their studies and in real life, for carrying out both technical and creative projects.
The placement opens the door to true engineering mastery!
