On 18 October, our College’s team took part in an exciting BBQ festival held at Odesa National University of Technology. The students worthily represented the institution in the local cuisine competition, where they demonstrated their culinary skills by preparing a traditional Odesa dish – forshmak.
We are proud to announce that the team not only took part in the festival but also won recognition for its culinary talents! The students received a cup and a diploma, and also won the “For Contribution to Gastronomic Culture” nomination. This is a great honour for our College, and we are proud to have such talented students.
