On 17.10.24, the head of the Youth Communications Department of the “Myronivskyi Hliboprodukt” Holding, Kseniia Motorina, and her colleagues visited us and presented a youth project: a 3-day offline event, the TECHNICAL HACKATHON, for students of years 3–4 of specialty 142 “Energy Engineering” at educational institutions that provide training in this specialty. There they will be able to immerse themselves in real business processes at a real production site, demonstrate their knowledge, develop their skills and gain valuable practical experience. In total, 120 applications were submitted from educational institutions across Ukraine. Following preliminary testing, 4 of our students from group 4MKh-57 qualified to take part. In total, 38 participants were selected.

MHP staff also held a career guidance training, the aim of which was to find out the students’ preferences regarding placement sites and places of employment.
