On 8 September, students from different groups of our College spent an active, inspiring and truly unifying day at the swimming pool. The initiator of this event was physical education lecturer Serhii Vasylovych Irichenko – a teacher with extensive experience who systematically promotes the development of young people, supports their initiatives and creates spaces for growth.
The session turned into a genuine master class: students became familiar with swimming techniques and tried diving, endurance and coordination exercises. The atmosphere was lively, friendly and motivating – every participant felt part of a team.
The event was also joined by:
- Symachenko I. V., Head of the Subject Committee for Physical Education, who supported the initiative and helped with organisation;
- Zhadan A. S., lecturer of the Computer Technologies and Software Engineering committee, who actively engages with students and is always open to interdisciplinary formats.
In wartime, such initiatives are not just physical education. They are care, stability, solidarity and psychological support. They are about health, self-belief and the strength of a community.
We are sincerely grateful to Serhii Vasylovych Irichenko for his professionalism, compassion and sincere involvement in the lives of students. Thanks to such lecturers, the educational process acquires depth, humanity and true meaning.
